Lincoln Swarts

Lincoln has extensive experience in International, Regional, Domestic Cargo Operations and Business Logistics. He was formally employed in a management capacity at South African Airways Cargo, heading up a dual role, responsible for managing SAA Cargo Freighter Operations and ULD Logistics globally. He has a vast amount of experience in Business Management, international trade, Importing and exporting and regulatory requirements.

Further to his tenure at South African Airways Cargo, he formed part of the strategic steering committee, responsible for implementing strategy also overseeing business aspects devoted to ensuring effective supply chain outcomes. He is also a very dedicated team player with great knowledge of Project Management deliverables.

Amongst others, Lincoln has studied B.Econ at the University of the Western Cape, before commencing his career in air transportation. He further obtained an International Post graduate qualification in Supply Chain Management, through University of Pretoria (UP) and is currently pursuing an European Masters Logistician qualification through UP.

Shireen Govender

Shireen has been involved in an executive role for many companies. Her career commenced where she was mainly employed in marketing capacities having evolved into a management and consulting role. She has extensive experience in the Media sector having served in senior marketing roles for both Electronic and Print media. Shireen holds various qualifications in Marketing and Business Management. After completing her Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Shireen has been extensively occupied in consulting roles in both public and private business sectors.
